The Fame (2008)
Lady Gaga - The Fame (2008)
The Fame is the debut studio album by American recording artist Lady Gaga. It was released on August 19, 2008 through Interscope Records. After joining Kon Live Distribution and Cherrytree Records in 2008, Gaga began working on the album with different producers, primarily RedOne, Martin Kierszenbaum and Rob Fusari. Musically, The Fame is a dance-pop and synthpop album that has influences of pop music from the 1980s. Lyrically, the album visualizes Gaga's love of fame in general whilst also dealing with subjects such as love, sex, money, drugs and sexual identity. Promotion was primarily through The Fame Ball Tour and multiple television appearances. The Fame was included as a bonus disc on the deluxe edition of the extended play, The Fame Monster (2009).
The album received generally favorable reviews from music critics, who commended the album's lyrical content and Gaga's musicianship and vocal ability, which have been compared to fellow pop singers such as Gwen Stefani. The album was a commercial success, topping the charts in different countries worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Poland and Switzerland. In the United States, it peaked at number two on the Billboard 200, while topping the Dance/Electronic Albums chart. The Fame has sold more than 15 million copies worldwide.
The first two singles from The Fame, "Just Dance" and "Poker Face", gained international success, topping the charts in several countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. While its third single, "Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)", experienced less commercial success, the next two singles, "LoveGame" and "Paparazzi", were a commercial success as well, charting within the top ten of more than ten countries worldwide. "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich" was released in the form of a promotional single. The Fame has won multiple awards since its release. It was nominated for a total of six Grammy Awards at the 52nd Grammy Awards, including the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. It won the Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album and the Best Dance Recording for the single "Poker Face". It also won Best International Album at the 2010 BRIT Awards.

The Fame Monster (2009)
Lady Gaga - The Fame Monster (2009)The Fame Monster is the third EP and second major release by American recording artist Lady Gaga. It was released on November 18, 2009 through Interscope Records. Initially planned to be included on a re-release of Gaga's debut studio album, The Fame, she announced that the eight tracks would be included on a standalone release, saying that she thought the re-release was too expensive and that the albums were each conceptually different, describing them as Yin and yang respectively. A Super Deluxe edition of The Fame Monster including The Fame and additional merchandise, including a lock of her wig, was released on December 15, 2009.
Musically, The Fame Monster is a pop album influenced by a number of genres, prominently the disco, glam rock and synthpop music of the 1970s and 1980s, as well as industrial and Gothic music. The album was also inspired by fashion shows and runways. According to Gaga, the album deals with the darker side of fame, including love, sex, alcohol and more. Lyrically, they are expressed through a monster metaphor. The cover artwork was done by Hedi Slimane and has a Gothic theme, as described by Gaga herself. The artwork was originally declined by her record company, however, Gaga convinced them to go through with it. The Fame Monster received generally favorable reviews from music critics. In some countries, the album charted with The Fame, and topped the charts in multiple nations, including the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, and Switzerland. In the United States, it reached number five on the Billboard 200 albums chart, and topped the Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
Its lead single, "Bad Romance", was a commercial success, topping the charts in more than twenty countries worldwide, while reaching number two on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States. The next two singles, "Telephone" and "Alejandro" were successful as well, reaching the top ten in multiple countries worldwide. "Dance in the Dark" was only released as a single in select territories, but received moderate success in some countries, and receiving a nomination for Best Dance Recording at the 53rd Grammy Awards. "Speechless" and "Monster" charted in multiple countries as well, despite not being released as singles. The Fame Monster has won multiple awards since its release. It was nominated in a total of six categories at the 53rd Grammy Awards, winning Best Pop Vocal Album.

Born This Way (2011)
Lady Gaga - Born This Way (2001)Born This Way is the second studio album by American recording artist Lady Gaga, which was released on May 23, 2011, by Interscope Records. The album is a follow-up to her internationally-successful albums The Fame (2008) and The Fame Monster (2009). As co-producer of every track on the album, Gaga collaborated with numerous producers, including RedOne and Fernando Garibay, with whom she had previously worked, and newcomers such as DJ Snake, DJ White Shadow, Jeppe Laursen, Robert John "Mutt" Lange and Clinton Sparks. She also included artists like E Street Band saxophonist Clarence Clemons and Queen guitarist Brian May on tracks from the album.
The music of Born This Way stems from the synthpop and dance-pop oriented styles of her previous albums, yet it incorporates different forms of instrumentation which have not been used on her previous releases; electro-rock and techno are examples. It also incorporates a broader range of various musical genres such as opera, heavy metal, disco, house and rock and roll while its lyrical topics include sexuality, religion, freedom, feminism, and individualism. Despite dividing opinion amongst some religious and conservative commentators, the album was well-received by music critics; points of acclaim went to the varying musical styles in the album and Gaga's vocals. Additionally, several publications included the album in their year-end critic lists. Born This Way received three Grammy Award nominations, including Gaga's third consecutive nomination for Album of the Year.
Born This Way debuted in the top five spots of every major market, including the Billboard 200. In the United States, Born This Way sold 1.108 million copies in its first week – the largest first week album sales in five years; an estimated 440,000 copies were sold on Amazon in two days of its first week at a price of 99 cents. Four of the album's singles – "Born This Way", "Judas", "The Edge of Glory", and "You and I" – went on to chart in the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100. "Born This Way" became the fastest-selling single in iTunes history and the promotional track "Hair" charted in sixteen countries. Gaga has performed songs from the album on different occasions, including at prominent award ceremonies like the 53rd Grammy Awards and the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, as well as in other events and television appearances.

Lady Gaga - Words

I won't break down today
Another brick's in my way of shadows
The promises they made
Regret themselves and say "this is too hard"

Yeah, they say you grow when you don't succeed
But it's hard to breathe when no one believes in me

So let the sound bring me back
Sounds have no regrets
And before you know it

I'll take your words and be gone
Your words and be gone [2x]
Right to the stars and beyond
Your words and be gone
I'll take your words and be gone

Whenever you're afraid
Or someone's far away, never give in
'cause happily we'll reign
When consequences change, believe you can win

Yeah, they say you grow when you don't succeed
But it's hard to breathe when no one believes in me

So let the sound bring me back
Sounds have no regrets
And before you know it

I'll take your words and be gone
Your words and be gone [2x]
Right to the stars and beyond
Your words and be gone
I'll take your words and be gone

Let the sound bring me back
Sounds have no regrets
And before you know it

I'll take your words and be gone
Your words and be gone [2x]
Right to the stars and beyond
Your words and be gone
I'll take your words and be gone
Your words and be gone [2x]
I'll take your words and be gone

Lady Gaga - Wonderful

If I fell in love with you
Would you understand me, dear
Love is weird

I colored you a valentine
Struggled just to stay inside the lines
I lose my mind

I really can't believe
I lost myself again

Looking for something crazy
Beautiful love and nothing now
I'm talking in circles again
Have my love, baby
Are you hungry for wonderful
'Cause I am, wonderful 'cause I am

I wrote a song about your eyes
Ate a slice of cherry pie
I cried all night

On the bench inside the park
I'll kiss you slowly in the dark
I'll never stop

I really can't believe
I lost myself again

Looking for something crazy
Beautiful love and nothing now
I'm talking in circles again
Have my love, baby
Are you hungry for wonderful
'Cause I am, wonderful 'cause I am

Baby take me for a ride
Maybe get a little high
In a place we've never been
Time is nothing but a line
We leave everything behind
It'd be so wonderful, wonderful

Looking for something crazy
Beautiful love and nothing now
I'm talking in circles again
Have my love, baby
Are you hungry for wonderful
'Cause I am, wonderful 'cause I am

Lady Gaga - Wish You Were Here

It's funny how things, they change
The clouds they part, rearrange for me
Faces of strangers and I have no familiars to help me see
Where is home, I want you to know

That I wish you were here
I wish you were here

Sometimes I wonder if god hides out in cities to set us free
'cause yeah, this room is crowded
But I am so alone in it, help me please
Where is home, I want you to know

That I wish you were here
I wish you were here [2x]

And I will be strong, I won't give in
I won't deny you, I know where we've been
I'm so much more than all of my fears
Than all of these tears, my tears yeah

I wish you were here [2x]
Where is home
I want you to know
Oh, yeah

That I wish you were here
I wish you were here [2x]

Lady Gaga - Vanity

Midnight at the glamour show on a Sunday Night
Everybody drink alotta whiskey and wine
We dance like no tomorrow
We’re on Burlesque time
But everybody’s gotta work tomorrow at nine

Touch me t-touch me baby but don’t mess up my hair
Love me l-love me crazy
But don’t get too attached, this is a brief affair

Vanity (pictures in magazines, movie screens)
Vanity (there is a camera, so many beauty queens)
Vanity (it’s so good to be)
Fabulous and glamourous, we love ourselves and no one else
Va-va-va-va-vanity va-vanity, va-va-va-vanity

Nothin’ wrong with being just a little bit vain
We need a little pretty cuz this country’s insane
So go ahead and label me whatever you like
But nothings quite as sexy as a woman is fine

Touch me touch me baby but don’t mess up my hair
Love me love me crazy
But don’t get too attached, this is a brief affair

Let’s dance (quick round) we’re in the vanity house
We’re covered in sequins, diamonds, we're happy cuz we're shinin

Touch me touch me baby but don’t mess up my hair
Love me love me crazy
But don’t get too attached, this is a brief affair

Lady Gaga - Then You'd Love Me

What if I were to leave you?
But then, you fell back in love with me

How could you ever let me go?
How could you ever, ever let me go?
I scream your name across the bar
I carry pictures of your Neil Young guitar, guitar
I just can't seem to forget you!
Not ever since as long as I left you!
Your my baby, you
Never made it through to you

If I was the last girl, and you were the last boy
Left here on this planet
And there was an earthquake
Maybe then you'd love
Baby, then you'd love me
If there was an earthquake
Last girl and you were the last boy
Left here on this planet
And there was an earthquake
Maybe then you'd love
Baby, then you'd love me
If there was an earthquake

How could you ever let me go?
How could you ever, ever let me go?
I scream your name across the bar
I carry pictures of your Neil Young guitar, guitar
I just can't seem to forget you!
Not ever since as long as I left you!
Your my baby, you
Never made it through to you

If I was the last girl, and you were the last boy
Left here on this planet
And there was an earthquake
Maybe then you'd love
Baby, then you'd love me
If there was an earthquake
Last girl and you were the last boy
Left here on this planet
And there was an earthquake
Maybe then you'd love
Baby, then you'd love me
If there was an earthquake

[Instrumental]

If I was the last girl, and you were the last boy
Left here on this planet
And there was an earthquake
Maybe then you'd love
Baby, then you'd love me
If there was an earthquake
Last girl and you were the last boy
Left here on this planet
And there was an earthquake
Maybe then you'd love
Baby, then you'd love me....

Lady Gaga - The Lady Is A Tramp

With Tony Bennett

She gets too hungry for dinner at 8 (I'm starving)
She loves the theater but she never comes late
I never bother with people I hate
That’s why this chick is a tramp

She doesn't like crap games with barons and earls
Won't go to Harlem in ermine and pearls
And I definitely won’t dish the dirt with the rest of those girls
That’s why the lady is a tramp

I love the free fresh wind in my hair
Life without care
Oh, I'm so broke, it's OK
I hate California. It's crowded and damp
That’s why the lady is a tramp
I'm a tramp!

Sometimes I go to Coney Island
Oh, the beach is divine
I love the Yankees
Jeter is just fine
I follow Rogers and Hart
She sings every line
That's why the lady is a tramp

I love the prize fight
That isn't a fake
No fakes
And I love to rowboat with you and your wife in Central Park Lake
She goes to the opera and stays wide awake
Yes I do
That's why this lady is a tramp

She likes the green (green) grass (grass) under her shoes
What can I lose? 'cause I got no dough (Oh no?)
I'm all alone when I blow out my lamp
That's why the lady is a tramp, go!

I love your free fresh, I love your handkerchief in my hair
Life without care
But I'm so broke, THAT'S OK!

Hates California, it's cold and it's damp
That's why the lady is a tramp
That's why this lady is a tramp
That's why the lady is a tramp.

Lady Gaga - Super Lover

Oh oh, oh oh. Oh!
Your super lover.
Oh oh, oh oh. Oh!
Your super lover.

Black lights and designer blues
With my tattoos of I-love-yous.
I just put on these dancing shoes
To prove my love for you.

I’m livin’ it up,
Secretly he notices I’m playin’ it up
For him
Playin’ it up.
I’m livin’ it up,
Dancin’ on the tables as the DJ’s
Spinnin’ it up
For me
Spinnin’ it up
For me

When the sun goes down
And the care ends up
It’s time for the show-oh-oh-oh
Playin’ you to the scene,
Make cake for the queen.
I’m on a role-oh-oh-oh
Stare in my direction.
I’m craving your attention
So now…

Go back to the beat.
Get up on your feet.
Gonna be your super lover.
Right back to the beat.
Get up on your feet.
I’ma be your super lover.
Oh oh, oh oh. Oh-oh!
Your super lover.
Oh oh, oh oh. Oh-oh!
Your super lover.

Too hot for the masses,
She’s on fire.
Think I’m gonna let her burn.
Champagne in the glasses,
Flip the bottle, baby.
Come ‘n’ take your turn.
She’s on my radar.
Catch ya later
Cuz she knows
When I push the fader
She ain’t leaving me alone.

Oh oh, oh oh. Oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!
Oh oh, oh oh. Oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!

I’m livin’ it up.
Dancin’ on the tables
Mister DJ spinnin’ it up
With you.
Spinnin’ it up
For you.

When the sun goes down
And the care ends up
It’s time for the show-oh-oh-oh
Playin’ you to the scene,
Make cake for the queen.
I’m on a role-oh-oh-oh
Stare in my direction.
I’m craving your attention
So now…

Go back to the beat.
Get up on your feet.
Gonna be your super lover.
Right back to the beat
Get up on your feet
I’ma be your super lover.

Oh oh, oh oh. Oh-oh!
Your super lover.
Oh oh, oh oh. Oh-oh!
Your super lover.

(C’mon, say it.)
Eh, eh, eh!
Look at that girl.
Look at that girl.
Look at that—eh, eh, eh!
Look at that girl.
Look at that girl.
Hold up, hold up.
Take me where you get to know them.
Hold up, hold up.
Cuz they’re trynna get my clothes off.

When the sun goes down
And the care is up
It’s time for the show-oh-oh-oh
Playin’ you to the scene,
Make cake for the queen.
I’m on a role-oh-oh-oh
Stare in my direction.
I’m craving your attention.
So now…

Go back to the beat.
Get up on your feet.
Gonna be your super lover.

Lady Gaga - Stuck On Fuckin' You

Got no plans, got no clothes
Got no piano, we got no shows
No, I've got nothing to do
But to be stuck on you

Got no flights, out of here
Got no TV shows until next year
No I got nothing to do
But to be stuck on you

Baby, you're my liquor
I'm addicted to you
So I'll just be stuck on
Stuck on fuckin' you
Stuck on fuckin' you

I don't ever want just another boy or a girl
Baby you and I,
Baby you and I could change the world
I don't ever want just another boy or a girl to love
I'm stuck, stuck, stuck, stuck on you

Got all night, no cameras
We got no champagne but we got drugs
No, I've got nothing to do
But to be stuck on you

Purple sheets, symbol clock
Gonna spend my time rocking on top
Yeah, I've got nothing to do
But to be stuck on you

Baby you're my Johnny Walker, baby it's true
So I'll just be stuck on, stuck on fuckin' you
Stuck on fuckin' you

I don't ever want just another boy or a girl
Cause baby you and I,
Baby you and I could change the world
I don't ever want just another boy or a girl to love
I'm stuck, stuck, stuck on you, On you

Got no plans, got no flights
Out of here, no TV shows
But we got mice in the kitchen
So we don't care cause we're in love

Get in the shower, I'll meet you there
I bought you some hippie shit from the Deli down the stairs, oh yeah
Lovin on my man's space, so good

Don't forget me baby
Don't forget me when I leave and go on tour
Cause I know your life will be a snore
You'll be on stuck fuckin' this hooker whore
This hooker, wh-ooh-re

Got no nothing, you're in the next room
You fell asleep on my tour bus
While me and Fernando and Paul and Justin and Dave are making music
But I miss you

The fridge is broke and we're drinking warm champagne
But we don't care 'cause we're in Minnesota
And we're sold out show again
And it's a sold out show again

[laugh] OK, just stop it, I could go on forever...

Notice who let the top back on the Chevy impala

All on me, just spotted a baby actor
Complete swagga, they go the dagga
Got what she wants, shawty happily ever after
