This is their first album, they recorded in April to May 1992. And it was released on November 06, 1992 with Epic Label. The singles from this album is “Killing In The Name” (November 12, 1992), “Bullet In The Head” (1992), “Bombtrack” (June 20, 1993), “Freedom” (November 10, 1993). The cover features is a photo of Thích Quảng Đức, he is a Vietnamese Buddhist monk burning himself to death at Saigon in 1963. This album is all feature political messages. Activits such as Provisional IRA hunger striker Bobby Sands and Black Panther Party founder Huey P. Newton are listed in the “Thanks For Inspiration”.

2. Evil Empire
Evil Empire is the second album of Rage Against The Machine, it was recorded from December 1995 to February 1996 in California and Australia. And it is released in April 16, 1996 with Epic label. The album’s title is taken from the phrase “Evil Empire” which was used by former United States President Ronald Reagan and many conservatives to describes the former Soviet Union. The cover image is altered by Mel Ramos and featured Ari Meisel as the subject. The caption “EVIL EMPIRE” and letter “e” on the boy’s costume were originally “c” and “CRIME BUSTER”. Additional themes is worked by Barbara Kuger. In this album, they released 5 singles. “Bulls On Parade” (1996), “People On The Sun” (1996), “ Tire Me” (1996), “Down Rodeo” (1997), “Vietnow” (1997).

The Battle of Los Angeles is Rage Against The Machine third album. It was recorded in September to October 1998 at California and Georgia. And it was release in November 02, 1999 also with Epic label. In this album they released 4 singles “Guerilla Radio” (1999), “Sleep Now In Fire” (2000), “Testify” (2000), “Calm Like a Bomb” (2000). The album cover art was originally artwork by the LA Street Phantom aka Joey Krebs aka Joel Jaramillo, a weel known Los Angeles artist who has exhibited at numerous galleries in Los Angeles, New York. The album’s title it is worth mentioning that there was a historical event called Battle of Los Angeles in February 25, 1942. In that battle is involving a large scale an anti aircraft artillery barrage against targets which subsequently remained unidentified.

Renegades is actually a cover album by rage Against The Machine released with the Revelation Records. The album is entirely cover songs of artist such as Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Minor Threat, Eric B & Rakim, EPMD, MC5, The Rolling Stones, Cypress Hill, and Devo. It was released in year 2000 after Zack de la Rocha announced to leve the band. The cover albums is a parody of the iconic pop art work LOVE by Robert Indiana. The album cover also includes a poem by Josh Koppel. The artwork is ended with a photography of an American one dollar bill with the message “You Are Not Slave” writted in the back.
